Germany's E-Rechnung mandate requires structured electronic invoices for B2B and public-sector trade from 2025 onward. Cloud validators and PDF tools (including generic Adobe or iLovePDF workflows) are not built for EN 16931 Schematron, CIUS-DE rules or KoSIT conformance.
