Release 68 — sync vault, hero cleanup, and platform consistency

• Device Sync Phase 2: encrypted local IndexedDB vault in the redesigned Sync Center with recovery-key flow.
• Homepage hero uses a CSS studio window instead of the octopus asset; contact and feedback email updated to tentacocc@proton.me.
• Phase 0 platform pass: canonical studio handoffs, onboarding slug resolution, health endpoint ML queue status, and registry summary fix.
• Phase 1 polish: dynamic category tool counts, contextual workflow chips with files, unified drop-zone drag behavior, and Release 68 changelog.
