Tentaco is free to use with no account required. By using the service you agree to these terms. Tools are provided “as is”.
Service description
Tentaco provides free online tools and studios that mostly run locally in your browser. We may change, extend or remove tools at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes. For file exchange, do not upload illegal, harmful or copyrighted content without permission. You are responsible for files you share.
File exchange
Shared files are only accessible via the generated link and are deleted after 6 hours. We do not guarantee permanent availability.
Assistant, server LLM & cloud mode
The local assistant recommends tools without server contact. Optional server LLM (Ollama on our infrastructure) and optional cloud mode (OpenAI) send your query only when you enable them (server LLM may be pre-enabled when configured — you can disable it in the assistant settings). We are not liable for third-party or AI-generated output.
Image Studio AI tools
Upscale, Remove background and Re-Imagine send your image to an external processing provider via our server. Results may vary. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to uploaded images and — for Re-Imagine — to any identifiable persons depicted. AI-generated or transformed outputs may have uncertain legal protectability depending on jurisdiction and use. For commercial use you are responsible for complying with the provider's terms and applicable copyright or personality rights. We do not guarantee availability of external processing (queues, quotas, maintenance). Failed jobs are not billed (service is currently free). Do not upload illegal content, non-consensual intimate images, CSAM, or content violating personality or copyright rights.
SEO Analytics Studio
SEO Analytics Studio analyses public website URLs at your request. Our server fetches the target page and uses external services (Google PageSpeed Insights, Chrome UX Report, W3C HTML checker, Mozilla HTTP Observatory, and optionally Google Search Console and GA4 via OAuth). You may only analyse URLs you are authorised to test and must not run repeated automated scans of third-party sites without permission. Results are for guidance only; we do not guarantee completeness or search ranking impact. Google OAuth is optional and requires a Google account with access to the connected properties. Availability of external APIs (quotas, maintenance) is not guaranteed. Data processing details are set out in the privacy policy.
Optional device sync
Optional device sync is end-to-end encrypted and needs no account. Without your recovery key or sync code we cannot restore data. You are responsible for keeping the key safe.
Live Rooms
Live Rooms provide temporary collaborative editing via invite links. You are responsible for shared content and must not use rooms for unlawful material. Rooms expire automatically according to the chosen lifetime; availability is not guaranteed. Transport encryption protects connections; do not assume end-to-end encryption unless the product explicitly enables it.
Liability
We are not liable for damages from using the tools, exported documents (letters, invoices) or incorrect results. Review legally relevant documents yourself before sending.

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page.
